Week 1, Day 1: Done!

Wow what a day it has been!  Kids started coming around 8am with the last group arriving at 1:15pm. Some rode a train and bus up to 20 hours just to get to camp. Each time a new bus load showed up we call out their names and tell them what cabin they were in. They are so excited to be here. We welcomed everyone and went over the rules and expectations in three languages: English Malayalam and Tamil.  That was fun.  Now that camp has started more people will blog. Thanks for your patience.

Again another day of hard work and service by your kids. They are adjusting to time difference and still making the rest even when they want to be in the action. Speaking of rest time for bed. Much love, Jeff
