The greatest in the kingdom of heaven

Matthew 18:1-5
One of the main ways I feel close to God has always been when I'm with children. They are so trusting and joyful. This week I counseled girls 2 and they were so sweet. I have never felt so needed before in my life. One girl, Gracy, was the only one that could hardly speak english at all. Most of our interactions were nonverbal and our conversations were limited to short phrases.  I would ask her, "you feel happy?" And she would smile and say yes. The affection she showed me throughout the week touched my heart. The first day of camp, though, she actually wanted to change teams to be with someone she knew. She cried a lot and told my co counselor that she missed her mom. From that point on though, she clinged to me. She smiled every time I walked in and constantly ran up to hold my hand. I have been reminded this week that love isnt shown in words. Being in india has been one of the most eye opening experiences and I want to hold on to the lessons I learned from my campers.
